Welcome to our new-and-improved pre-entry process!
Here's how this works:
1. Complete form, and submit
2. You will receive an invoice via email no later than the Wednesday prior to the weekend of the show (we will try to have them out earlier, but we're all just volunteers, and sometimes it's tough!)
3. If you wish to pay with a credit card, you will need to pay via PayPal. Your invoice must be paid no later than NOON on the Friday of the show in order to use PayPal.
4. If you pay via PayPal, you will automatically be entered into your classes. If you need a back number, you will have to come to the office to pick it up (this is for Saturday only - no back numbers are used on Sunday). If you pay via PayPal, you're still encouraged to pop by the office at any time prior to the start of the show to verify your entries and classes.
5. If you wish to pay via check or cash, you MUST to come into the office prior to the show. We will still have your pre-entry form on file, however you will NOT be entered until you are paid in full.
**Shavings for stalls must still be purchased through the office, payable with cash or check only
