Want to pre-register?
1. If not already a member, download and fill out membership form. Email completed membership form to showsecretary2@aayha.org If you pay for a membership online, make a note in email so show secretary knows. A membership is NOT required for participation at shows, but member class fees are lower, and non-members are NOT eligible for circuit-end awards.
2. Look at showbill/schedule and choose classes.
3. Fill out entry form. Email completed entry form to showsecretary2@aayha.org
NOTE - If you had a back number in 2015, you can keep it for 2016. If you are new, you will have to choose a back number at the show.
Pre-registration forms must be emailed no later than Thursday before the show at 5:00pm.
Need stalls/RV hookups?
Email barnmanager@aaya.org so she can have your stalls assigned and unlocked before you arrive!
Show check-in at the barn starts at 2:00pm on Friday.
