AAYHA Mission Statement

The mission of Alamo Area Youth Horse Association is to assist the youth in attaining safe horsemanship and horse training skills. Develop self-reliance, leadership, sportsmanship, initiative and other desirable life traits. Promote the appreciation and acceptance in the complex issues of diversity and to better understand its importance to life. Prepare for citizenship responsibilities and community service. Encourage family unity with adults and parents by offering opportunities for persons of all ages to participate in activities together. Promote higher education through the Educational/Incentive fund
