** ( Mid year membership meeting @ hall fame building, located on the fairgrounds. Fall circuit awards will be awarded. ( Light refreshments will be served. Time 2PM)

This year for your convenience, the show office will open from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday nights before each show. The office will re-open Saturday at 7:30 am with priority given only to minis until 8:00 am. If you desire to pre-register, please download the appropriate entry forms on the AAYHA website, fill them out and e-mail to the show secretary at showsecretary2@aayha.org no later than noon on the Thursday, prior to each show. We also recommend you download the AAYHA Membership Application form and e-mail them as well. Links to each of these forms are provided below as well as the member info page.
