At the March show the youth will be holding a silent auction Sat 9-2 & Sun 9-2. They are seeking items for donation for the auction. All proceeds benefit the club youth. At the June show they will present to a local equine charity a donation from the youth fund. Youth fund currently has 225.00 as of the December show. If you would like donate items for the auction, email showsecretary2@aayha.org so we can anticipate the number of tables we will need.

Sunday Speed Event News 10-15-2011
After feedback from club members, the board has voted to change for the season, the following procedure;
1. Effective at the Oct show, show particpants can carry their cloverleaf barrel time to the jackpot, if the cloverleaf barrel and jackpot are entered and paid at the same time.

Friday evenings we will have all elements for trail set up in the arena. We have had several requests for this and will be trying it out this weekend. Great opportunity to get some practice in before the show. Hours 7:00 PM to 9:00PM. Cost only 5 bucks.
Trail Set Up & Tear Down 12/2/2011
We need volunteers to set up for Mini-Pony classes ( 7:00AM) and later in the day for trail classes. We have fielded several questions regarding trail set up and tear down and work points. To make it simple: set up trail and tear down= 30 minutes. Volunteer for the AM Mini Pony trail as well as afternoon trail= 1 hour. Hopefully this will make it easier to fill out the work point book.
